**Status UPDATES** on ISP Adaptors for HDBOX EFI App - GSM-Forum

Hello everyone,

Update1:
We are very happy to announce that the 3rd version of the adaptors pcb was sent to the PCB factory, and by the end of this week ( Friday, 15 July 2017 ) they should be ready. After we do one more round of testing to confirm that signal integrity is 100% right we will start to mass assemble them and we will begin delivery them in the order the orders were placed.

Update2: - The BONUS - !!!
Please pm us with your box serial number, and i will arrange with dev team to activate "Unlimited remote EFI unlock" for your devices.

Thank you all for your patience, and we are sorry, but we had to delay until our results were perfect as the previous adaptors were not having signal integrity at 100% when operating at full speed. Now instead of having just 1 adaptor with some chips on it, we choose to remove the chips from the design and will give now 2 new adaptors.

P.s. Pictures will be uploaded as soon as we get the PCBs in our hands.

It is a special activation, where your HDB manager will be able to do two things:
1) the most simple, can export EFI images into binary formats, or other formats required by other flashing tools,
- your friends wont have to send the macs to you, if they can desolder and have sockets for the EFI chip, they can read it and send you the files, you unlock it and send it back to them
2) This feature is scheduled for 1.9 version of manager and HDBox manager will do his job as a manager and:
- your friends download HDBOX manager, and using code and send you files for unlock/icloud removal via our online server
- When you get to your computer, you will receive notification and can do the operation, when done, your friends / customers will be notified automatically.

Versions 1.8.x of manager will focus on Android updates.

how about recoverying data , like photos/pictures from damaged iphones ?
damaged..i mean locked on recovery , or water damaged..or hardware damaged,,but the "" hard disk "" is ok..can we have any hope for chip desolder and dump data from it ?

That could be one way to perform those operations, actually it is the only way, to recover the data if the phone is damaged and data cannot be extracted from a recent backup.

This will be added to our TODO list (quite some big already) , but knowing that apple is using full disk encryption might not be possible , we really need to make a more profound case study. For right now, we want to finalize two of the sub-projects we were working on: the ISP adaptors for mac computers and Sensor V2 for all other operations. This new sensor will provide us with 8 channel for unlock detection compared with just 1 like our current V1 Sensor.

It is a lot of work, but we love it, and if our customers can use it we will do our best to implement it.

!Great news!

Adaptors arrived from the PCB factory with a small delay, but now they are in our hands!

We begin assembly the first batch today ( Monday 31 July 2017 ) , and after we confirm they are in order we can begin shipping the adaptors from next Monday ( 07 August 2017).

And yes, a complete, standalone manual for EFI unlock via adaptors and bruteforcing is under editing this week, so if you are having any suggestions or questions please do ask them as this will only help us provide to you and to your customers and even better service.

How can you decompress? efi file .hdb to convert to .bin
and be able to edit the .bin file
the file efi .hdb is protected and can not be modified.
