Kick out of disabled state iPhone 4 iOS 7.1.2

I have one iPhone 4 with iOS 7.1.2 locked on disabled state (connect to iTunes).

In which way i can unlock it?

I have tried with light sensor, but when BF starts, phone came on emergency call screen and BF fails.

Well, when you brute force iphone4, start with the screen off, and phone should remain in disabled screen. If move to emergency is not good as the code is not tested there.

You can check if its working or not, by monitoring if phone vibrates after one code or not.

But in order for the phone to vibrate make sure the mute switch is not activated. if the mute is activated the phone wont vibrate.

If the issue is not resolved, you can post a video and pm us the link then the video could give us much more information and allow us to assist you even better.

Best regards,
HDBox support team.

Hello,

How did you try to enter the codes? From HDBOX manager, or from box itself ? We need to narrow down the issue, because 7.1.2 is full supported.

The normal procedure will be:
  1. Power HDBOX,
  2. Connect Sensor Cable V1 ( The standard ones ) to RJ45 port,
  3. Connect IPhone via 30pin iphone cable to USB Host port on HDBOX ( Not computer ),
  4. Start Iphone APP,
  5. Review the setup process, checking each step for correct values, starting pin should be 0000, mode should "+" ( + = incremental, - = In reverse order), and sensor should be somewhere between 10 and 25%,
  6. Place the sensor just below where emergency mode is, and watch it so that sensor does not pick up the moving highlight on that ( the value read by display is in lower left of hdbox display),
  7. Start the process,
  8. Now the phone should remain in disabled screen, but every 5 seconds vibrates, informing that the code was really tested and was not good. Upon finding it will stop and store it.

Red zones = Stay away from it
Green Zone = Best , as on unlock there the iphone will show its menu bar, and 100% it wont be black after unlock
Blue Zone = Decent, but risky if after unlock iphone got a black icon, or black picture in the spot where you placed sensor, it might not detect the unlock.
