interesting add languages for samsung galaxy verizon phone with locked BL. android 6 and 7 version. phone G920V,G925V,G930V,G935V
I need to be sure. My client wants to trade these models, but without russian languages they no need for my contry, and EFT dongle no need to me.
Please answer support team.

Yes you can add any language to these phones !
Without Root
But languages will be gone after hard reset !
