flash with this file XT1254_QUARK_VERIZON_6.0.1_MCG24.251-5-5_cid2_subsidy-DEFAULT_CFC.xml

but same Restart on Logo please reply me sir

try with bootlop fix nexus 6 IN SOFTWARE YOUR PROBLEM WILL BE OK I SOLVED MINE WITH THIS BUTTTON
