Open Registry Editor - HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Contro l\Class\{36fc9e60-c465-11cf-8056-444553540000} delete UpperFilters

And restart PC 💻

And install Usbdk again
