EF Extraction Problem - GSM-Forum

i have purchased this file
VOGUE-L29C 10.1.0.140(C432E19R2P5)_Firmware_EMUI10.1.0_05015S FW.EF_54667f85f0
But it is stuck at 25%.
i have tried to change PC and extractor EXE latest version 7.4 4th times
but in vain.
Please Help!!!

file is working like a charm , download again and dont edit file name
