how can i knw htc country id (cid) while downloading from support or i have to dwonload all and try and error

Answer have in you screenshoot.

First of all Close all other Application opened like Odin, XTC2Clip itc...

Uninstall this last version, reboot pc then Install this last version....post result.

From Adb & Fastboot open one windows command and with HTC in "fastboot Mode" digit this "Command":

Ceck in HTC section "How to Download Right ROM" now that have the "getvar info"....now is very easy, so not to be lazy and go in HTC section.
