Can't make Boot Passcode IOS 15.X procedure:

Reading iDevice info.....OK

then warning window is drawn with 'Reconnect device and press OK!', I do reconnect device but after 0.5-1 min this window appears again and so on so forth.
Can you advice?

when i enter its on ECID i cant enter full misses last figure

Backup passcode was done without errors

But when I get info about iphone in working state I get this ECID

It means that data was read incorrect?

If enter this ECID: 0x1130de26400026 of this ECID:001130DE26400026 I get such error:
