First of complain always, read many Sticky Thread + Video Guide how to use this Dongle, i think you have many Misunderstood about this Dongle and his Feature.

for the second part of your complaint .. you paid 35$ for 2 years

frp reset couple of devices will cover this amount of money , lets say a Lava or Vivo or Huawei or Chinese device... etc
