Sir i Forgot Eft pro Dongle password.
I Did forgot password on Dongle and website but i can't Recived reset password email from eft team. I tried every day but not received.

I connect without WiFi and click Start. After procedure we say OK but is not ok, after reboot i try to activate and it write: Failed to retrieve configuration. Any help?
