After 5-6 time it works now! And notificatios work as well, without any extra operation. So yes i can confirm it, ios 14.7 iphone 8 works nice!

Any iOS above 14.5.1 is not officially supported .
For now according to users reports
iPhone 8/8+/x (gsm) are supported with signal via iOS 14.7 beta
