I tried to bypass iPhone 6 plus MEID without the need for a locked sim and it failed. Please see log below:

Is this bypass feature after jailbreak the iphone or without jailbreak the iphones?And is this software supports windows 7 64bit OS?And what is that MEID Supported and MEID Not Supported?Please explain the details of this software.Because I dont know about this software.Thank you.
