Dear EFT team where can we get the logs for jobs we have done?
Please answer me how to get the logs for the previous jobs.

We dont have log file . i can give you log by providing me your dongle serial , just tell me what operation and date..

Only EFT Pro Tool have logs by navigating to Functions >> Manage Account >> then a browser will open and will see Operations Table .

There is no "manage account" option in EFT pro software

I already mentioned that Only EFT Pro Tool ( without dongle ) have this feature
we will add to EFT Pro Dongle ASAP

I need this feature too, and I have no dongle version. I went into my account online but there are no logs.
I need this feature because some customers are returning with Hello screen again after bypass, and I suspect for one customer that is not telling me the truth bringing fresh iPhone so that I bypass him for free

I agree with you! When open Manage Accout ---> Operations Table ---> Your EFT Pro Operations History but no things database, it empty. EFT please!
