When i open EFT PRO And Press Register i face that error

Error Transferring - server Replied Forbidden, Please Check Your Internet Connection

I already Change 3 different internet connections and use vpn but still same

No problem from our server , some software on ur pc is preventing our program from connection , stop windows defender

my laptop is newly installed windows10 64bit and windows security is off.. no other sorfware are installed except 3u and itunes.. i formatted my laptop because of that error.. its used to be ok but after the new update its doesnt work anymore..
