Format failed Oppo A15 (CPH2185) (Solved ) - GSM-Forum

Hello everyone,
I received a phone with a secret number and when I try to format an error occurs and stops at a file....
1: All Drivers have been deleted and replaced with others from the official OPPO and all the Drivers of MTK.
2: The data folder has been deleted and EFT Pro has been downloaded again.
3: Tried on another computer with a different version of Windows and all this did not work.

... When trying, it stops for a minute on a file... then this error message appears.
Is there a problem, or is the version that carries the number CPH2185_11_A.25 the of the problem because in older versions, the meta mode was deleted.

please help.

The problem was resolved by contacting the dongle support. The problem was in the new protection of the phone... Thank you very much for the support from ( calmsystem )
