hello eft team, i face this problem when i want to read info on Condor L3, and that error comes what it's the problem ???

Restart exe and record video from the beginning of operation Before click start .. then upload it for me .

I solved the problem

For this phone ( Condor L3 ) the boot key is Vol+ + Vol -

befor i boot it only with vol + or vol - that's the problem happend & the tool crash...

I am new user, just baught 2 days ago, eft dongle working fine, but when i open i am getting same message. I am attching youtube video link regarding my problem.

Dear EFT Customers, Due to huge requests and increased clients, We will upgrade our main Host so EFT & EFT Pro Dongle / Tool and all their related services will be paused for maximum time 72 hours (From 25 - 10 - 2020 until 29 - 10 - 2020).
