I have sent request for downgarde file for HMA-L09 (C106),
but i have the customer waiting for it, please help me

Device FB Lock: LOCKED
Device USER Lock: LOCKED
Device Lock: locked

im not sure if i can use HMA-L09 9.1.0.320(C106) to downgrade from android 10

No you cannot downgrade directly , Also requesting a device to be supported is not meant to be an immediate support , you request then you MUST wait untill we release a new update regarding this model ... No time specified for any device to be supported , we decide when and where the right time according to our developers.

well then you should have explain that from the beginning, so we now what to expect and should be more clear when you announce the updates thanks any way
