Just remove smart card from the reader then put it again ,if still some buy new reader .

I just bought eft dongle today after installing i try open it but is telling me is connect to our server please review your internet and try again, i review my network is normally browse but the not connect please any one can help me to solve my problem

Anyone who face such problem, Please navigate to C:/Windows/system32/drivers/etc then delete Hosts then try again .
also make sure to download latest software from here DOWNLOAD Full Setup EFT DONGLE - Easy Firmware

1- Make sure that smart card is placed correctly ( Not inserted too much)
2- Turn off your Windows Defender or Antivirus Then Install EFT again and Add EFT folder to exclusions on Windows Defender or Anti virus

4- Try to use our smart card with another reader or vice versa
5- Try to use the Dongle on another PC so we can identify where is the problem.
