Huawei P20 pro stuck after Reset Screen lock. URGENT! - GSM-Forum

Hey all,
today I tried to remove a screen lock from a Huawei P 20 Pro

CLT-L09
SW: CLT-L099.1.0.328 (C432E5R1P9)

I got Firmware: Charlotte-L09C 9.1.0.328(C432E5R1P9T8)_Firmware_9.0.0_r3_EMUI9.1. 0_05015ALJ
from Easyfirmware.

Then I set up Reset Screen Lock and started.

Most things went good, but after the last point i had to wait 300 Seconds and the screen remained on the New Device Country selection page. Time Out and I was stuck.

Now after some reboots, the phone booted up without screenlock but the userdata remained crypted

All other Partitions got decrypted. So dm-1,2,4,5,6,7,8 showed up but my userdata is missing.

Please help my without factory reset.

Hallo Support Team, 24h are long time over, so please give me some support. Your Box seriously damaged a supported Phone. Could you please help me!

Hi, no I tried to repeat the procedure several times but it always fails with "failed patching Data1"

Problem mainly caused by you rebooting your device manually or lacking of correct drivers which we already posted in sticky thread >>

Well guys, thanks for nothing! - You really gave me hope getting my data back and than nothing happend and no one is answering any longer.....

btw. this Problem is caused by EFT Dongle! I did not restart my device - EFT stopped working. And dont expect customers to read the whole support forum before trying your Software. This is a bug and should have been solved and not just been put in a sticky thread!
