I downloaded file in Support but it seems its not supported

Yes have but it cant get or download the needed file

Just write 9.1.0.275 file it will work

How come you are using a feature made for Android 10 while your device is 9.1.0 ??
How come you are using a Model customized C185 Target model [MAR-LX1M 10.0.0(C185) while your device is C316 MAR-L01MEA 9.1.0.317(C316E7R1P5)

Your device MAR-L01MEA 9.1.0.317(C316E7R1P5) NOT supported yet . Just flash back the exact firmware was on it or newer .

mar-lx1a 9.1.0.317 c185 to 215
with flashing 5 files from eft
