LDN-L21 - Stuck at logo while removing screenlock

please have a look. phone have 6 digit code and when i try. it's just stuck at logo (hang on logo). advice will be appreciated

Flash Same frmware but BEWARE you MUST untick User data and cache

i flashed with same firmware, phone powered on with lock (same as previous condition) now when i try to reset screen again it's giving error

Do you understand it now? or you need video? atleast pay attention on my logs so you will understand!

anyway, thank you so much. i just flashed the phone and all of data has been erased!

Problem is not from our side , already so many users passed their locks
