Does the MDM lock come back with every WI FI update like 16.3?

I have already done this and method 1 worked very well from the first time. Iphone 12 with 16.1 version. My question is if I now update the phone via WI FI on 16.3 will the lock come back again and have to repeat the procedure again?

We haven't experimented

To report that I updated the phone via WI FI from 16.1 to 16.3 and it did not lock again.
