And its already aktivate with ftp but I cant
Register

Error dongle needs agent activation why u didnot ask your guy who took money for activation ?

im sure its activated bcoz its eft+ftp dongle
the new model
and reseller in china sell it to many frindes from me here in germany
and its same dongle

The message is clear : Dongle needs agent activation , contact the reseller and ask him for image of activation on his panel .
