Please add a shortcut link on this screen to reset password for files support area. There is no other way besides manually contact EFT and Facebook never get reply. Thanks

How come you said we never replied to u on Facebook and I my self gave u ur info

Sir look at times of our conversation. I make this thread before we spoke on messenger.. and i referring to the time i tried before a week ago was wait, wait. BUT now is fixed. No worries.

Make reset password more possible for users. We have only 1 way and it isnt logical.

Thank you it is done resolved. But for future can you make a shortcut on the files.eft-dongle.com login page? It will make forgotten password issue for such page a breeze instead of manually contact on FB. NOT all users have or use facebook.

i Have By New EFT Dongle 2 Days Ago
I try the EFT Register By Email Id But i Cont Receive activation mail on my id

maybe My mistake I put was Rong id
