Hello everyone i'm using the latest version of eft dongle and i'm trying to unlock an account of a redmi note 3 mtk, i always get the error below can you help me thanks:

It keeps giving me the same error, at the moment it has to change port to Change to high speed port ... it disconnects from the pc

I'm going crazy with this damn phone I can't unlock it, I've tried them all, the only firmware that unlocks it has 2 languages Chinese and English and the playstore is missing, I needed both the playstore and the Italian language, with eft pro it always keeps giving me the same error that I posted and I don't know if I am the one to make something wrong, I ask some expert if you can give me some information thanks and sorry for the insistence
