Getting Problem in g610f in lock remove without data loss help

phone was came in 7.0 version i tried selecting g610f_u1_RD1_7.0 but after file write nothing happen timer goes on,then i notices in device manager after start when phone on it's show adb port but after complete on adb port gone,then
i updated it with G610FDDU1CRL3 this firmware then again i select g610f_u1_RL3_8.1.0 same thing happning again phone show adb port till phone blink on samsung,when phone on completely adb port not show...

This problem caused by so many reasons if you are sure of your drivers .
1- try change cable or hub
2- make sure no other program is using adb server ( stop all programs eg: chimera)
3- try with old setup 2.7
4- if no success try on another PC
