same happened with a12 few months ago.. gave new mobile then to customer

Hello , disconnect battery and reconnect , as i told you no one reported such issue before also we already have hundreds of success reports for the A10S

Bro be sure the phone has problem by it self, it happened to me and I asked customer and he said the phone was died before and repaired, try scatter firmware and boot repair and it will back to life again

Many done sucessfully on that model with diffrent methods...there was no dead problem...

Check for mistakea made while connecting tp ...ie missing pads lines in hardware broken during ic sheild rwmove...does it gets detected in pc.

mate i done with out TP. i connected with volume up and down but fone dead.. i did with INFINITY its done successfully.. no dead after frp
