sir i have high speed internet connection but dong not show connected online it shows offline plaese help me urjent because i have much work to do with this dongle my serial number FF30002953

Make sure you are using latest version 2.1
DOWNLOAD Full Setup EFT DONGLE - Easy Firmware

if not work for you then navigate to
C:/windows/system32/drivers/etc
and delete HOSTS file then try again .
