What you mean After downgrare ?
What was device firmware before flash ?
What file did you use to downgrade ?
Give me your dongle serial if you use EFT Pro to downgrade !

Huawei SNE-LX1 HUAWEI USB COM 1.0 only...after i Downgrade Phone dead..only HUAWEI USB COM 1.0..

is there any file to fix it?
