Dear Sir

Please i want to KNow how to remove FRP on Tecno KC8

when try to connect with EFT pro phone cannot be connected
Setting up.....OK
Loading files.....OK
Waiting for MTK port.....71Operations Aborted
Operation {Reset FRP} ID: 8015655887428C8C
Elapsed time 01:57 -- Version 3.4.2

and i have below information when reading paltform

Connected device :
Details : 0x1782 : 0x4D00
Vendor : Spreadtrum Communications Inc. [SPD]
Mode : SPRD Diag or Command Interface [SVC or BOOT]

also please more question
1- how to connect on MTK Preloader mode
2- how to connect on Boot mode

Spd phone not support by eft dongle...
