Temporary unlock bootloader and unlock FRP not work

I try temporary unlock bootloader ATU-L21 but not work. Reset FRP, the same problem, not work. Some time ago this model was supported, now is not, or some bug? Can You Fix this?

I find you using fastboot mode why? Use better edl mode selection
