When click download in ftp dongle

You cannot use new device for download,please use previously used devices


I will certainly throw this dongle in dustbin


In one year i have faced this problem 4 times


this is not good


i have paid for files
why should i always request to reset my dongle download
why should we wait 2 -3 days

You are using more than 7 PCs OR USING Random IP service Provider so Once you reached 25 IP then you MUST request for reset.
To prevent such things Use Real IP service from your network provider .
Other reason is sharing Dongle , We Don't allow sharing Dongle and at the same time we don't block any Because of current situation of Covid19.

I only use dongle in two pc
From 1 year
Shop is closed due to lockdown
So only one pc left
Internet service vary by smartphone
4 different simcards for download
I never share my dongle to anyone
Your ftp dongle should show the limit

Is there any information show in software

I think your problem is related to your IP address. as you said yourself, you use vary internet service. and every time your IP change, the system consider that you change the computer. I know that because I have the same problem with my account on the webserver I use like halabtech.com. my provider keeps change my IP address and when I try to download a file it will consider my computer as another computer

I dont know how you conclude that FTP is not Good .

FTP is unlimited Download Plan for 39$ , what the big deal if you wait a day or 2 to reset ur dongle 3 times a year ??
YOu prefer to pay 20$ for 45 GB a year .. thats cool .
