app error
 

I have not been able to get this tool to do anything but reboot a phone. can i get some help what does this error mean .. exception error esynasseterror in module uni-android exe at 00588708. comunication error 5: access is denied.. this thing int letting me upload pics.

i get the same error on all parts except for the reboots.. this tool as not been able to do anything .. and i cant upload files to show you because i get this error
