Can't run any module - GSM-Forum

Hi. After install previous version of UAT (6.01) program start as normal but when tried run any job content window just dissapearing apart top bar where is version of program. Thought maybe is something with version and did't touch it till next update (6.02) but problem still same. Reinstaling system make a difference. Now program says "YOU ARE USING UAT FIRST TIME PLEASE RESTART IT NOW FOR PROPER WORKING". Restarts program and system don't make a difference. What can i do.
