Where is the problem with this old phone? there is 5.1 android only, I have two cats and the same problem. any advice please?

and after 30-40sec UAT freezed and not responding :-(

maybe some "new" security 2017, because FRP by other way - can not install quick shor manager or google account manager, not possible, on security 2016 you can install it.
