please i need help , what problem is that
i did all intruccion and activate diag , bat no found the phone

-> Port check Test -> set Enabled. Reconnect device.

none of the codes do anything, the only code that abilates the diag is ## 3424 # the abilito but the tool does not recognize the phone

Make sure daig driver is intstalled corectilly and select as your port as per screen short moderm port is selected if not mistaken
