I bought one year licence before yesterday and today it was activated. it was working for a while and again saying "your account is registered but not activated please buy activation"

Comprei uma nova ativação semana passada ! usei algumas vezes mais agora ta aparcendo a msg "sua conta está registrada, mas não ativada, por favor, comprar ativação" mesmo problema relatado por alguns amigos aqui em cima ! como corrigimos ?
