hello team lm new to uat my mtk platform is not working well please help here is the log when trying to read info or rest frp Checking Current Version
Current Version OK
Checking User Login
User Login OK.

1. Power Off Phone , Remove battery , Insert back
2. Insert USB cable. In some cases require hold BootKey
Searching Device

Reading Info....

Elapsed Time : 2 minutes - 7 seconds

l downloaded and installed all drivers other mtk softwares are working.l also flashed one phone using uat factory flasher but rest frp read info are not working
