Tool ID Problem from no where !!! [SOLVED] - GSM-Forum

I All ways Login with That ID, Today i try to login it says Tool ID wrong click reset to reset ID. I Got automatically new ID there which was activated by pressing button. Now i cant login and need to wait 24 Hour.
For this ID 8C2D-08F8-7812-DE75 Says Wrong this was mine main one, but soon i press login button it will change ID.
This explanation was ok but it was automatically generated ID

At UAT Server gives me different ID

Hear Give 2 ID

Mine ID 8C2D-08F8-7812-DE75

The one i Activated tha was generated by site 2565-2C4E-3227-2802

Dunno why ID should be changed, maybe for some security reason dunno
Can you activate mine ID to finish some jobs...

It’s happens me the all the time it’s really annoying, once my I’d is changed I’m doing completely shutdown the pc and keep some time back on again then it will detect old I’d which I registered

No sense at all , dunno what those guys trying to do !!!!
Alot of bugs and unsuccessfully unlock from this software
Once i got chance to get some money that i pay for software i cant login plus supporters dont answer at all.
Supporters dont answer , Customer took his phone
Thats why members should buy tools with support

May I know the issue , you are facing so that I may try to help you out.

We already have live chat Support groups where we can help instantly, some time due to not being online on forum you can easily contact us through supporting groups.

I Cant Login , it says Wrong Tool ID and id like to join to group chat , thanks

Tool ID will change after press Login and i cant login

I try with reset but something messed up
