Попробуй заменить файлы fastboot.exe и т.д, что относится к fastboot в папке C:\Program Files (x86)\UAT_PRO. Мне помогло. Тоже не видел аппараты в fastboot.
Try replace fastboot files in folder C:\Program Files (x86)\UAT_PRO.
