UAT's First! ORBIC WONDER *Factory Unlocked Model* - Reliance Communications! - ALL OPERATIONS!


I have done almost all Operations for all Orbic brand phones so far with UAT.

Here is the Orbic Wonder RC555L *Factory Unlocked* Model. This is different a bit than the Verizon model. I have ran into some issues with unlocking the bootloader and rooting but all else working A-OK!

For some reason UAT likes to show the phone as having bootloader unlocked yet im unable to execute any fastboot commands / relock etc. When i boot root it with Qualcomm it bricks the phone forcing me to use an EDL cable to even get back into 9008 then im able to reflash backup and all is well. Havent figured out just yet what the issues are here. When i get time i will fix and report back here.

Bootloader Unlock - (I have suspicions this is invalid and didn't work as it was suppose to. Posting just so anyone with this model knows.)

Root - (Failure, only posting to show that it did go through and on what should be a locked bootloader so if locked why did it go through? .....)

EDL Backup

EDL FRP

Disable Screen Locks - (After completing you will need to remove the google account via UAT or CMD line then you will need to flash an EDL dump / if you can get it working fastboot flash firmware to the device as this process also removes the navbar and top bar)

All other processes are pretty obvious on outcome seeing this is an EDL capable device. Would have done ADB and Fastboot but both require oem debugging enabled which i achieved but no authentication and bootloader unlocked which im still having trouble with on this device. We did the Verizon version so im sure I will get this one unlocked as well.


Next device is the Slim and soon Slim X. These factory unlocked versions arent really much of a challenge since they're already unlocked. ha ..

If You mean by Root by UAT, then Just unroot with UAT, that is all.

This won't unroot it. I too try use this option to root it by Work Root / boot root. I did these when I did all of the operations above in my original post in this thread. I had to restore my file system and edl using backups made with uat edl backup option.

Yes it is possible to unlock this but the method of unlocking it is a tad bit different than usual. There are three ways to unlock it. If you need assistance unlocking it message me.
