I Try Uninstall - restarting - install your provided drivers
Plus i do clean boot of windows just in case (disable all non microsoft services and startup software) same thing , very annoying...

Friend you have used New drivers w/o rebotting other time the pc, can be i forgot of write you, but think you know that if Install NEW drivers must reboot pc first then repeat procedure, what you haven't done.

Anyway now P.Manager helping you, later tell me if issue was in restart pc first of use New drivers.

in my case, I never managed to register the new mail at 2 years. I had to buy gsmserver for 52.99 per year because the server keeps adding new emails and generates errors in the new subscriptions. Nor does anyone answer me, sir. Mukesh raj asked me for the id to leave it on skype, he does not answer, I wrote him whatsapp does not answer either leave a message on the facebook page nobody responds then who do I have to write to respond?

another error in the update 20.02 to be flashing software to a j2 prime when it starts to pass system closes the uni-android program is a danger to work as well because if a computer dies for the bad tool touches out of my pocket to replace the mobile !!

The same error with J730F when loading the software at 95%, the program has turned off. It's good that the phone was saved.
Correct it.

It still have bugs, I cant flash Qualcomm devices, when I select rawprogram0.xml it opens again tje window to select the same file

Forgot to Mention , i have restarted PC and try but same
The just reinstalled drivers on video and shows hows looks.

I Restarted again now but still same, thanks for Replay friend

Can I just request a refund? Unsatisfied, disappointed, annoyed, and feeling hoodwinked. Would rather try and settle issues with you instead of opening pay-pal claim. I will wait a reasonable amount of time for a response before taking alternative options. Waiting patiently for your response.

It's very Bad thing....him have write in Marked characters of contact him for help to solve this issue.

Friend, at this point, 6 mounths PAYED w/o a Update, No help you also writed, from my side i not waste more money with this tool.

I conseje you, if have other Dongle, (cannot mention), try with other dongle, i'm sure you solve you problem.
