i have the vivo nex. no matter if i click read pattern or format the software crashes . these files came up in the report

AppData\Local\Temp\WERD9D1.tmp.WERInternalMetadata .xml
AppData\Local\Temp\WERE575.tmp.appcompat.txt
AppData\Local\Temp\WERF722.tmp.mdmp

i used the test points to go into edl mode. drivers are correct but no luck been trying for a week. even tried switching UAT versions. still no luck. pleas help. FYI i cannot screenshot as app crashes every time.
