I have a ZTE z982 as well. Was there a solution to the device not found? Need to remove FRP

So I followed video and select reboot FTM to EDL and it goes through fine.

My phone goes into a black screen and uni tool cannot find com port. My device manager shows this qualcomm driver with and exclamation mark.

I'm using windows 7 and deleted and reinstalled qualcomm driver several times and still same issue.

on uat 20 edl mode the program said not detected
downgraded to uat 19 it worked fine
