I'm trying to unlock ZTE Z833

I first reboot to EDL mode and Wipe Security

then

FTM mode , repair IMEI

getting this error

Exception EConvertError in module Uni-Android.exe at 00009622.

'$ ' is not a valid integer value

can someone offer a fix..

Windows 10 32 bit

I run UAT in windows 7 and windows 8 compatibility mode same error.

Hello,

if you are sure install correct driver then type 15 digt imei with correct checksum.

I'm using the zte drivers in your support area,

the imei is correct and same error..

I notice other users who reported successful unlock by wiping security and repairing imei, used version 13.01

I uninstalled version 15.01 and installed ver 13.01, got error connecting to the server, installed ver 14.01 and it prompts me to update to new version..

considered installing UAT on another computer to try but I see there is a 24hour wait if I make change and time is limited, I have had customers phone for 3 days now..

Could you try enter different imei 15 digt with correct checksum and post screen shot please.

imei repair worked with imei from another zte phone, however the phone is still locked..

and now device unlock app gives unknown error.

the imei that give the error is original from the phone.. on the back label, imei checks online shows it's correct.

if I restore security it is correct..

With this method you can't unlock the device,
This device for yet only can be unlock by unlock code.

Okay, I now have a new problem, I restored the sec backup, now device unlock app give this error " Failure in processing the request, Please reboot and try again"

I've tried several times no luck,

settings, apps, clear cache, clear data... same error.

Before Using Uni Android Tool, I was getting the error "Unlock Failed: This mobile wireless device is not eligible for unlock. For Device Unlock eligibility details, please go online or contact Customer Care."

in this thread http://forum.gsmhosting.com/vbb/f101...e-uat-2331325/ you responded and said wipe security in EDL mode and Imei Repair in FTM mode.. I have the same phone, same version firmware and now you say phone cannot be unlocked..

that thread and your response were partly my reason for activating UAT.. because there was user report stating this tool unlocked that phone, and you commented as to the procedure to use.
