Yes, i sent you guys e-mail about 10 days ago and still no response. Activate my account lol. You guys are doing nothing lol. I'm angry, i'm disappointed in your support service. Jobless, lazy, angry, stupid support team. I use many tools and you HDE team is worse than all. I bought this license around April, still no respone from your team and give me stupid response like "Send us e-mail bla3". I got your message and i sent you guys e-mail like you told me and still no response. Give me clear explanation of your work schedule. You guys just resting at home, doing nothing lol.
