Disconnect netwrok connection
Close hde.exe
Open again
Connecf network connection
Done
but problem still,anyone help?

Hello.

Ceck carefully User and Password and to be sure 100% that haven't other Tool installed like "Dc Phoenix"...if have it's normal that HDE goes in conflict with other tool where most probabily you has used and Not deleted.

I've solved by this way in other Pc user, Unistalling Totally other Program like this above and reistalled FRESH Last Version of HDE + HDE Flasher.

Sure Supporter of HDE can help more of to me.
