i have ine-lx1 bricked during downgrade from 9 to 8 android.

Build number: :INE-LX1 9.0.1.162(SP54C432E2R1P1)
Model: INE-LX1
Battery state: 8006mv
OEM lock state info:
FB LockState: LOCKED
USER LockState: LOCKED
OEM get bootinfo:
locked
not turning on ,can only flash fastboot via testpoint.
how to flash rescue recovery?
where to find preload file ?
PLEASE give me guide how to unbrick it .

Now KIRIN 710 is Full Supported, read carefully the NEW Update.

Not find one easy PRELOADER + base + custom? cannot belive.

You are support ,I think only you can advice what to do in that case ....
It is too hard for you to write little guide how to rescue this phone or give a link for firmware???
As I see Not only one user of hde or hcu have quaestion about unbrick phones with new cpu and with android 9,how to use rescue recovery option ,where to find preload file ,for what is that file needed,and how to use it.
Please spent a little more time and try to explain it.
