A refund? You never purchased any software. I've refunded your $0. Hope this helps.

Nice sentence structure. I just love it when people ask for a refund because there is no software. Did you or did you not get your iBus tool for the price you paid? This is not my opinion. You did not purchase any firmware so why are you even mad?

True. But can always open a case on eBay and get refunded that way
And I’m pretty sure they’d close your account too for doing illegal services.

no i bought mine from a uk company on mfc reseller , so legally im entitled to 28 day refund , and to be fair i bought the hardware , and the hardware will not function to the needs as described , so in the uk , yeah i can legally get a refund as unlike some other ppl i did buy from a shop , and paid for my s1 and s2 and mfc dongle nearly £350 , and thats not an amount i wanna waste if its not functioning as described

Lol. But when the car has a recall or software update it’s done for free and your thing with gas doesn’t make sense because gas could be bought unlike the fw your promising. So your analogy doesn’t apply here.

Car recall or software update it’s done for free, that's almost becoz car had hardware issue or software had bugs.

And we do said will do our best to help on this (no timeline), we did not refuse the question.

BY the way , as i checked your account ( [email protected] ) on mfcbox.com even have not buy ibus, so how you know related issue ? and i thinking you are the one here want cheat someone to get related things to doing illegal services that's not difficult to perceive as we can see.
