I was attempting to restore WatchOS 3 on to Apple Watch Series 0. Hopefully someone will soon be able to upload a new IPSW file that could help us all out.

They just unsigned WatchOS 3.0 because they released the newer 4.0 software to the service centers. I am not sure how the services on eBay are still able to offer the services to remove, maybe they already have new firmware?
